How do I enroll in the BURLIX™ Rewards program (only available to United States customers)?

New Customers

  1. Create a new account.
  2. Fill in your First and Last Name.
  3. Make sure you check the box next to Sign Up for Newsletter to earn additional reward points
  4. Enter your preferred Email Address and Password
  5. Click the Create An Account button and you are now enrolled in BURLIX Rewards.

Returning Customer

  1. Login to your account.
  2. Go to the Rewards Points section to view your Reward Points balance
  3. To get the most out of it, scroll to the Email Notification Settings section, check the two (2) boxes next to Subscribe for Balance Updates and Subscribe for Points Expiration Notifications
  4. Click Save Subscription Settings and you are now enrolled in BURLIX Rewards.

What is your return policy?

If you are not completely satisfied with your BURLIX.com purchase, you may return your unworn items along with your packing slip dated within 90 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange. Please note, if we feel a customer is regularly abusing our refund policy, as in having an unusually high rate of returns for example, we reserve the right to no longer serve those customers.


Can I return my international order?

Currently BURLIX.com does not accept returns on international orders.


When will I receive my refund for a returned item?

Please allow up to 3 weeks from the time you ship back your product for your refund to be complete.


Can I return my BURLIX.com purchase at a retail store?

No, currently all products purchase from BURLIX.com must be returned to BURLIX.com.


May I return items I purchased from a retail store with BURLIX.com?

No, currently any products purchased from a retail store should be returned at the retail store where it was purchased.


Will BURLIX.com price match promotions on other sites and in retail stores selling BURLIX branded products?

BURLIX.com does not offer a price match program and is not affiliated with any other retailer promotions. We do offer exclusive email offers however and you can start receiving yours today by signing up in the footer of our site below.


Why does it appear my credit card was charged twice for my purchase?

BURLIX.com does not bill your credit card until your order ships. What you are more than likely seeing is an authorization hold for the amount of funds. Each credit card company is different, and we recommend you call your credit card company for their standard policy, but this generally falls off your statement within 48 hours after funds are released.


Do I have to pay sales tax?

We only charge tax for purchases made within the state of New York and North Carolina. Tax is charged on the order total and includes product and shipping charges.


Do you offer discounts or special pricing on previously purchased items?

Special pricing offers, whether received via email or any of our sitewide offers, cannot be applied to previous purchases or combined with other offers.


What is the BURLIX.com Guarantee on products I purchase online?

BURLIX is always committed to outstanding quality. If you find that your BURLIX product has a defect in manufacturing or material, please give us a call at 800-575-3497 and one of our Consumer Care Representatives will be happy to assist you.


How do I set up a subscription re-order?

Subscription orders are not currently available on BURLIX.com, but we plan to add this feature soon.


Where are your Size Charts?

All BURLIX socks come in two sizes based on your shoe size. We don’t currently have size charts available, but each product page has the shoe size range options available for each sock. Please contact us with any questions regarding sizing.
