BURLIX is always committed to outstanding quality. If you find that your BURLIX™ product has a defect in manufacturing or material please give us a call at 1-800-575-3497 and one of our Consumer Care Representatives will gladly assist you.
Returns
Items purchased from a Retail Store: If you are not completely satisfied with a product purchased at a retail store, please return the product to the retailer where it was purchased. We are sorry, but at this time we do not offer returns or exchanges on products purchased in retail stores.
Items purchased from BURLIX.com: We are always committed to outstanding quality. If you find your product has a defect in manufacturing or materials within 90 days of date of purchase we will be happy to refund the price paid for the product.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, contact us to initiate your free return. Return your unworn product with the original packing slip within 90 days of purchase and you will be credited the price paid on the item either in the original form of payment or online credit. Please call us at 1-800-575-3497 or email at HELLO@BURLIX.com. Note: If you choose to send your return using your own shipping method, please include the packing slip in the return package. Please be advised, We reserve the right to refuse refunding anyone we believe to be abusing our Refund Policy. We feel our Refund Policy is generous and fair and if anyone has an unusually high rate of returns or unreasonable demands we will make the decision to no longer serve those customers by any means.
We do not offer returns or exchanges on any international orders.

Shipping & Handling
When will your order ship?
We make every effort to ship in-stock orders within 3 business days after receiving the order (Monday-Friday). During Peak Seasons and Holidays there could be a delay in fulfillment and transit times. Check orders require extra time to ship.
Shipping Options: We ship UPS/Mail Innovations and we offer standard ground, two day and next day shipping options. For standard ground delivery, Mail Innovations determines by weight if your package will be delivered by USPS or by UPS. We currently ship to the 50 United States. Shipping outside the lower 48 states may require additional transit time.
Please Note: All packages going to a PO Box, APO or FPO will be shipped via USPS, UPS will NOT deliver to addresses with PO Box, APO or FPO (additional transit time may be required).
When can you expect to receive your order?
- Standard Ground: Most orders shipping to destinations within the continental United States should receive their orders within 3-7 business days after shipment however, please allow up to 10 business days. For standard ground delivery, Mail Innovations determines by weight if your package will be delivered by USPS or by UPS. Not responsible for delays due to weather, lost or misdirected packages. (Please note that additional transit time may be required during peak seasons.)
- Two Day: Delivery by the end of the second business day. Some locations in Alaska and Hawaii require additional transit time.
- Next Day: Delivery by end of the next business day. Some locations in Alaska and Hawaii require additional transit time.
Are there cut off times for two day and next day shipments?
Orders must be received by 12:30 pm EST. (9:30 am PT) to qualify for next day or two day shipping. Orders placed after 12:30 pm will be processed the following business day. We only process orders Monday – Friday, excluding federal and local holidays within the United States.
Sales Tax Duties: We collect state taxes for orders shipping to North Carolina and New York. Appropriate taxes will be added to your total at check out.
